Every client will have different support requirements and therefore the costs will vary depending on the type and level of support required.  We'll meet with you for an initial free consultation to discuss your needs in detail which will enable us to develop a written proposal for you. This will set out how many hours we think will be necessary to deliver the services to support your requirements and will specify the costs for each element of the work.

We charge an hourly rate or are happy to discuss specific prices based on an individual project or ongoing requirements. A deposit is payable once the proposal has been agreed and this is credited against your final payment.

We also understand that once work begins there may be changes to the initial requirements and will ensure that any additional work is always quoted for and agreed with you.
